Auckland Pride is a month-long festival of rainbow arts, culture and community held across Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland every February. Run by Auckland Pride Incorporated, it brings together hundreds of events, from performances, exhibitions and talks to parties and community gatherings, in New Zealand's largest city at the height of summer.
Dates for Auckland Pride Festival 2027 have not been announced yet. The festival runs through February each year (1–28 February in 2026), and event registration for 2027 is already open to organisers. Check aucklandpride.org.nz for the confirmed dates and programme.
Auckland Pride Festival 2026 ran throughout February. Highlights included the Big Gay Out at Coyle Park, Point Chevalier, on Sunday 15 February, and the Auckland Rainbow Parade on Ponsonby Road on Saturday 21 February, which is run separately from the festival.
